Benjamin Leboeuf B.A., MBA candidate

Holding a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal and an MBA from the HEC Montréal, Benjamin was project leader at the Comité sectoriel de main-d’œuvre (CSMO) de la métallurgie du Québec for three years. His professional experience is based on project management. Amongst others, he was in charge of a Quebec wide communications campaign aimed at a wide audience, including decision makers of large multinational companies like Rio Tinto, ArcelorMittal, Alcoa, Glencore, high-level executives of the main labor unions, and many other partners like the MESS, MDEIE, MELS, MESRS, MICC, CLD, CLE, CRÉ, councils of major citys and Boards of trade. Benjamin is also founder-owner of Spin Taekwondo, a successfull martial arts school, that also has a competition-level division. Benjamin is currently pursuing his career as project leader with the CSMO Automobile, assuming similar roles as with the CSMO métallurgie.

Jamilla graduated from Université de Montreal after completing a Law Degree in less than two years. Fluent in English, French and German, Jamilla pursued studies at University of Glasgow, in Scotland. Jamilla also holds a degree in international law and international relations from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Juris Doctor – Common Law from Université de Montréal. She received the award of In-House counsel of the Year 2015 by the Young Bar Association of Montreal while she was a lawyer at a leading financial institution in Montreal. She is a member of the Board of Director of the Quebec Bar Association. As she was called to the Bar in 2012, she was the youngest member elected to the Quebec Bar. Her legal debut was colored by importance of the rule of law and the right to a defense in criminal law. She did her clerkship in the criminal law firm Desrosiers, Joncas, Massicotte, where she linked with passionate lawyers. Inspired to find what makes her tick, Jamilla made the leap to corporate law. Her current practice is to protect the legal interests of her employer and its clients in financial transactions and perform her duties as in-house counsel. She is member on the Young Bar Association in Montreal where she met dedicated young lawyers through her involvement in the financing committee. Her colleagues invested in the cause of their profession are a constant source of motivation to defend the values and interest of the public and the lawyers. More personally, she aspires to be a columnist or a speaker in the media to educate and render accessible the mechanics of law to a wider population. She also enjoys the creation process fed by her family’s entrepreneurial spirit. Jamilla is currently pursuing her career as a corporate lawyer at the canadian embassy in Berlin, Germany.

A forward-thinking negotiator, Toni is primed to support a variety of companies or investors in the healthcare market with strategic global expansion, leveraging a wealth of financing proficiencies. Toni sharpens fiscal decisions and has successfully facilitated the negotiation of international corporate alliances valued over $100M and overseen a life science investment portfolio with $400M under management. She was appointed General Manager of Jubilant DraxImage in 2018, a global leader in nuclear medicine with $200M in sales in 22 countries.
